About Robert J. Wise
Robert J. Wise concentrates on real estate law throughout the Greater Boston Area. Specifically, Mr. Wise focuses his practice in legal areas relating to the acquisition, development, financing and sale of real estate. Such representation may include, but is not limited to, purchase and sale agreements, mortgages, deed preparation, condominiums, mortgages, and resolving landlord and tenant disputes.
Mr. Wise believes that there is no such thing as the “typical” client. Thus, his level of expertise and service is more dynamic. Client’s needs span from first time home buyers to sophisticated investors and developers. However, regardless of the type of client or level of sophistication of the matter, Mr. Wise believes that his service should provide clients with the following:
- Reducing complexity (stress, headaches, sleepless nights);
- Simplicity power (confidence, valuable use of time, and a good night’s sleep).
The way to create something great is to create something simple. A law firm that is serious about delivering better value to customers can easily do so, by reducing complexity. Yet, most law firms refuse to do so for one very simple reason: lawyers love complexity because it drives up their costs, which allows them to justify a high bill. Mr. Wise does do not put a high mark on how many hours are billed, but on the quality of service he delivers to his clients.
Mr. Wise and his support staff take particular pride in their attention to detail and client service. More specifically, he has have found that a team-oriented approach always works. He and his staff strive to know every detail and nuance of a particular transaction, and have trained diligently to uncover any potential headaches before they arise and before simple issues become critical.
Attorney Wise obtained his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.
